Daniel Bryan was born as Bryan Danielson on the 22nd of May 1981, in Aberdeen Washington. He was born to his mother Darlene Danielson, who was a therapist, and his father Donald “Buddy” Danielson, who was a lumberjack.

He has one older sister by the name of Billie Sue. Daniel Bryan and his family never stayed in one place in the beginning as his father’s job moved them from Aberdeen to Vernal, Utah then to Albany Oregon until they finally returned to Aberdeen where tragically his parents got divorced due to his father’s problems with alcoholism.
